    From Costa Rica's Aquiares Estate, producer Diego Robelo brings you a unique Centroamericano variety grown at 1200m in the Turrialba region. This coffee undergoes an anaerobic honey process, where cherries are sorted, washed, and pulped, then fermented in sealed tanks for 24 hours. The coffee is dried on a ceramic patio and solar dryer beds to achieve the ideal humidity. The result is a sweet and complex coffee with hints of lime and red wine, perfect enjoyed black or with a touch of milk.
